Description

You will build and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications using Python and React.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable Python scripts and backend services.
• Develop user-facing applications and integrate them with backend functionalities.
• Design and implement reliable, low-latency, and highly performant application components.
• Build mobile-responsive front-end interfaces and implement data security settings.
• Develop, test, and document effective APIs and manage well-functioning databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Strong experience with React.js and workflows like Flux or Redux.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the object model.
• Working understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of backend languages including C# or Java.
• Experience with Python ecosystems including Numpy, SciPy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Understanding of data science and machine learning concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Contributions to open-source Python projects or active involvement in the Python community.
