Lead full stack development and architectural decisions for complex distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of full stack solutions.
• Oversee front end interfaces and back end services.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with product owners to define requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of full stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue JS.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and DevOps practices.
• CI/CD pipeline management using GitLab.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Tech lead experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
