The Role 

We are looking for a high-impact Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-moving engineering team. In this role, you aren't just a coder—you are a product builder. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable services that solve real-world problems. 

Our platform is built on Node.js, React, and AWS. We value engineers who have a "bias for action," a keen eye for quality, and the architectural intuition to build systems that scale alongside our business. 

What You’ll Do 

• Customer-Centric Development: Build and optimize customer-facing applications where user experience, performance, and accessibility are top priorities. 
• End-to-End Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of your features, from initial architectural design to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. 
• Frontend: Deep expertise in React (Hooks, State Management). Strong command of Web Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals) and Responsive Design for a seamless customer experience across all devices. 
• Backend: Advanced proficiency in Node.js and experience designing and securing RESTful APIs that power customer-facing interfaces. 
• CI/CD & Automation: Take pride in a "ship-ready" codebase. You’ll contribute to our CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to ensure we maintain high velocity without sacrificing stability. 
• Architectural Excellence: Apply robust design patterns to ensure our codebase remains modular, readable, and extensible. 
• Quality First: Advocate for and implement automated testing, code reviews, and observability as non-negotiable parts of the development process. 

Your Technical Toolkit 

• Frontend: Deep expertise in React (Hooks, State Management) and modern web standards for a seamless customer experience 
• Backend: Advanced proficiency in Node.js and experience designing and securing RESTful APIs. 
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS core services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS). 
• DevOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code to support frequent, low-risk production deployments. 
• Database: Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB) data modelling. 
• UX/UI Sensitivity: A keen eye for detail—you care about pixel-perfection, loading states, and handling edge cases to ensure a "delightful" user journey.
