Description

You will drive the evolution of UCL services user interface by enhancing both frontend and backend systems based on business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for strategic integrations to validate new concepts.
• Develop state-of-the-art solutions using cloud hyperscaler and open-source technologies.
• Participate in all software development phases, from design and testing through deployment and operations.
• Adhere to industry best practices and high standards for code quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across personal, team, and service levels.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong knowledge in contemporary web application development, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, HTTP.
• Proficiency in one backend language: Go, Java, C/C++, C#, or Node.js.
• Experience with React framework.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of computer networks (HTTP, TCP, and other protocols).
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Drive for excellence in coding following clean code practices.
• Fluency in English for international collaboration.
