Description

You will own technical support, API integrations, and system optimizations in a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues as the primary technical support contact.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal software and third-party APIs.
• Implement error handling and data validation mechanisms to ensure data integrity across all integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to implement feature enhancements and performance optimizations.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software support or systems programming.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, SQL, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
• Proven track record with API integrations and evaluating technical specifications.
• Experience using version control systems and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with wide temperature swings.
