Description

Design and develop end-to-end software solutions using Ignition SCADA, industrial protocols, and SQL.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create new facilities within the Ignition SCADA software.
• Collaborate with field technicians to resolve and test new devices.
• Maintain 24/7 availability of the SCADA system with support staff.
• Troubleshoot communications, device configuration, tag definitions, and SQL table entries.
• Implement visual and interactive front-end elements and expose data via API endpoints.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Expertise in Ignition SCADA software.
• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, AB, Emerson, MQTT, DNP3.
• Proficient in SQL and database structure design.
• Ability to work with various automation controllers.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (experience may substitute).
