Build and maintain full stack web applications for data ingestion, management, visualization, and labeling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack web applications for data ingestion, management, visualization, and labeling.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs to support data workflows.
• Design and implement data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large datasets.
• Integrate data from multiple external systems and ensure longitudinal data tracking and versioning.
• Collaborate with data scientists and R&D engineers to ensure platform performance, reliability, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET Framework).
• Strong frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and building data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Strong data modeling skills and experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and compute, preferably Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large imaging and time series datasets.
• Exposure to healthcare, clinical, or regulated data environments.
• DevOps experience including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
