Description

You will own payment web services and expand functionality for merchant-facing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own payment web services, including feature development, bug resolution, and codebase refactoring.
• Translate product requirements into functional, maintainable, and extensible software.
• Identify technical requirements during product meetings to assist with project planning.
• Collaborate with backend, Android, product, and design teams in an iterative release model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React.
• Solid understanding of CSS3, HTML5 templating, and single-page applications.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Jest, Cypress.io, and Selenium.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience with package management systems like yarn or Bower.
• Understanding of build systems such as Webpack or Rollup.
• Strong browser debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ember.js, Java, or Sass/Less.
• Knowledge of modular SaaS, distributed computing, or web security.
• Background in e-commerce or checkout systems.
