Description

Lead full-stack development initiatives and drive architectural decisions for complex technical solutions using the MERN stack. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects using the MERN stack, managing technical implementation of front-end and back-end features.
• Oversee code quality and architectural decisions within the team to ensure robust delivery.
• Drive the delivery of complex technical solutions and mentor developers on best practices.
• Manage technical implementation details across the entire application stack.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong proficiency with React.js for front-end development.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js for back-end services.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong command of TypeScript for type-safe development.
• Any Graduate degree.
