You will design, build, and maintain full-stack applications for large-scale programs, influencing technology choices and coaching team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack solutions across large programs.
• Apply expertise across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Influence the application of new technologies to support business needs.
• Coach team members on technical skills and best practices.
• Ensure robust CI/CD, TDD, and Cloud Development practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java development.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with SQL or Oracle databases.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and TDD practices.
• Experience working across multiple operating systems and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
• Experience in Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in team cultivation and technical coaching.
