You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications as a technical subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering best practices in coding and testing.
• Oversee API development and ensure seamless integration between back-end services, front-end systems, and mobile applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical direction to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and execute features using Agile practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7-10 years of experience with Java.
• 5+ years of experience with Flutter UI development.
• Expert proficiency in Java.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with JavaScript and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, databases, and API development.
