Design and implement agentic test automation frameworks and AI-powered testing solutions to drive scalable quality engineering across development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable agentic test automation frameworks and reference architectures for enterprise-scale quality engineering.
• Develop AI-powered testing solutions using LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Playwright, and Karate for test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis.
• Define testing standards, coverage strategies, governance models, and quality gates to ensure release readiness and traceability.
• Integrate automated review agents to assess requirements and development artifacts for completeness, risk, and compliance.
• Create centralized reporting and analytics solutions that aggregate CI/CD and test data for actionable insights and GenAI-driven summaries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or Automation Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI and LLM-powered automation strategies.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, Playwright, and Karate.
• Proven track record of building AI-driven testing solutions and automated quality gates.
• Experience designing cross-service reporting platforms and CI/CD integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
