Description

You will build and maintain stable Java and Spring Boot applications, developing Angular UIs when required. You will own the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and implementation. Your focus is on system stability, quality, and meeting service level expectations. You will diagnose complex technical bugs using manual and programmatic analysis, leveraging AI-powered monitoring tools to proactively identify root causes. You will collaborate with teams to implement machine learning models for automated incident detection and risk assessment. You will enhance support documentation using generative AI to ensure rapid issue resolution. You will monitor application performance using AI-driven anomaly detection to minimize downtime. You will evaluate and integrate new AI technologies into the support workflow to automate repetitive tasks. You will serve as an advisor to junior analysts, exercising independent judgment to define operating standards. You will consult with clients and technology groups to recommend advanced programming solutions and install customer exposure systems. You will manage project deadlines and handle unexpected changes in requirements under pressure.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Experience with Angular or other modern UI technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with J2EE and REST APIs.
• Database experience with MongoDB.
• Cloud platform knowledge across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven track record in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Technical support experience with troubleshooting guide development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating generative AI for documentation and process automation.
• Consulting or project management methodology expertise.
