Description

You will develop and maintain high-quality voice and CTI applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis, design, and provide accurate work estimates.
• Develop, unit test, and support applications through QA and UAT cycles.
• Ensure defect-free production delivery for IVR, middleware, and contact center desktop integration services.
• Support internal intranet-based user interface solutions to enable dynamic IVR application changes.
• Provide off-hours support as required.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Full Stack Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and SQL.
• Experience with Microservices and MVC architecture.
• Hands-on development with SOAP and REST web services.
• Practical knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience using Kubernetes and Apache Tomcat.
• Competency with JUnit for testing.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Contact center technologies including Voice XML (VXML), ASR, TTS, and Genesys Voice Platform (GVP).
• Cloud and monitoring tools such as AWS, Splunk, DynaTrace, and Grafana.
• Experience with Hibernate, Oracle DB, Maven, Jenkins CI/CD, and Cucumber.
