ESSENTIAL_SKILL - React JS, 8+ years’ experience

•       Collaborate with front end designers and product designers already embedded in the team

•       Participate in UI redesign for multiple applications (Powertrain AI Code Expert, SmartSearch, SmartFMA, etc.)

•       Ensure intuitive, easy to use interfaces for multiple engineering personas (Systems, Powertrain, Safety, MBSE engineers)

•       Build and modernize UIs using React and Ford Design Standards

•       Support a unified UI/UX experience across the VSSE ATE ecosystem

•       Develop and re architect backend services to conform to the VSSE ATE standard pattern

•       Implement multi agent / agentic architectures where relevant (supervisor-based orchestration)

•       Build scalable, production ready services aligned to Ford standards

•       Enable application to application interoperability using MCP architecture (clients & servers)

•       Implement API services and register in Apigee as required

•       Ensure adherence to IT standards and procedures. Integrate and comply with: 42Crunch (API security), SonarQube (code quality), FOSSA (open source compliance)
