Description

You will develop and maintain a registration-based portal utilizing a multi-tenant database structure.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain full-stack applications using Perl for backend logic.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, including query optimization for multi-tenant architectures.
• Oversee application hosting and optimization on AWS services including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Implement front-end interfaces and workflows to ensure usability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and testing within a Waterfall development methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Expertise in Perl development and Modern Perl frameworks such as Mojolicious, Dancer, or Catalyst.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and database design.
• Experience managing AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Front-end proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including Bootstrap or React.
• Experience working in Waterfall development environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-tenant database structures and scalable application design.
• Understanding of OAuth and SAML authentication mechanisms.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Previous experience with registration-based portals.
