Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and have experience with tRPC and GraphQL. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust backend functionality.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript.
Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services using tRPC and GraphQL.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, & other developers to create a high-quality user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and trends to ensure our applications are modern and efficient.

Key Skills Required:
Frontend:
Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and TypeScript.
React Native experience is good to have.
Experience with Tailwind CSS for designing responsive user interfaces.
Understanding of frontend development best practices, including performance optimization and accessibility.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Backend:
Familiarity with tRPC and GraphQL for building efficient APIs.
Understanding of backend technologies and frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python).
Understanding of cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Vercel)
