Description

You will design, code, test, and maintain application software across the full systems development life cycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST API services using controllers, service interfaces, and implementations.
• Write complex SQL queries and manage stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and indexes.
• Develop automated regression and unit tests to support existing production systems.
• Elicit data requirements through interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Provide technical mentoring to team members and participate in component and data architecture design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SQL development, including T-SQL, performance tuning, and SQL Profiler.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MVC.
• Extensive experience with .NET and Agile process development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong understanding of systems analysis, design, and integration methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to document code and apply project development methodologies practically.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP, or healthcare industry business areas.
• Knowledge of IIS Administration, SSRS, and Azure DevOps or MS Team Foundation Server.
• Experience with IBM SoftwareAG, webMethods, or InRules.
