Description
You will lead the delivery and strategy for a Full Stack engineering practice team.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs for the practice.
- Develop and support full stack technology thought leadership by reviewing technical documentation.
- Collaborate on technical designs for new and existing digital products, ensuring scalable solutions.
- Implement automation through a Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery model.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of practitioners, overseeing growth and performance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in Javascript, Html, and Css.
- Experience with Rest and Restful APIs.
- Familiarity with Soap integration.
- Proficiency with DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working with NoSql databases.
