Description

Lead the strategy and delivery for the full stack engineering practice, managing team performance and technical direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute quarterly OKRs and engineering KPIs for the practice.
• Review technical documentation to drive full stack technology thought leadership.
• Collaborate on technical designs for new and existing digital products to ensure scalability.
• Implement automation through Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) models.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of practitioners, overseeing their growth and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building and consuming REST and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with SOAP integration.
• Proficiency with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
