Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of secure, high-performing software solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable client-side and server-side applications using robust algorithms and data structures.
• Translate user requirements into technical solutions through close collaboration with architects and systems analysts.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including code reviews, system monitoring, and release management.
• Execute the product roadmap using agile practices while ensuring deliverables are well-documented and resilient.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of software fundamentals, including design patterns, automated testing, and source control.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Docker and AWS for deployment and infrastructure.
• Strong testing experience with JUnit and Mockito.
• Working knowledge of Terraform and Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data processing and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
