Description

Lead full-stack development efforts, managing larger teams and coordinating with Application and Platform groups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams across geographic regions.
• Coordinate with Application and Platform teams to provide Hyper-Care support.
• Mentor colleagues and support the L2 team for L3 technical delivery.
• Manage service SLAs, including proactive availability monitoring and incident resolution.
• Provide client-facing technical support at customer locations or remotely.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and AWS.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, Agile, and Sprint programs.
• Familiarity with the ELK Stack for logging and monitoring.
• Proven ability to conduct performance optimization.
• Experience supporting Unit Test and Integration test cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in client-facing technical roles.
