Description

You will lead full stack technical delivery, managing larger teams across regions and ensuring platform integrity through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams across different geographic regions.
• Coordinate with Application and Platform teams to perform Hyper-Care support and performance optimization.
• Mentor colleagues and L2 teams to ensure high-quality L3 technical delivery.
• Manage service SLAs, including proactive monitoring for availability and timely incident resolution.
• Serve in a client-facing role to ensure technical alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong command of Java.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack and Kibana for logging and monitoring.
• Working experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Sprint methodologies.
• Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Experience in platform engineering.
