Description

Build and maintain scalable full-stack features and contact center integrations within an enterprise environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable full-stack features using modern cloud technologies.
• Build and customize AWS Connect contact flows and back-end integrations.
• Collaborate with DevOps, architecture, and security teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning sessions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, contact flows, and integrations.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Direct experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Redux.
• Experience with secure API design and system observability.
• Proficiency with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Any Graduate degree.
