Description

Design and implement software applications for electron microscopes and scientific instruments. Own the release pipeline and ensure reliable delivery through automated testing and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sophisticated software solutions for scientific instruments and analytical equipment.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and domain experts to define and meet technical requirements.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals in an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in commercial or finance domains.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, and Python.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Git version control.
• Practical knowledge of Microservices architecture and Containerization.
• Ability to implement and maintain CI/CD practices.
• Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the SAFe framework or Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Background in scientific instrument software or electron microscope applications.
