Description

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications powering digital asset investment products
• Own backend services end-to-end — from architecture to deployment — using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build modern, responsive frontend applications in React.js
• Work with event-driven systems (Kafka) to handle real-time, high-throughput financial data
• Collaborate across Agile teams, shipping via GitHub workflows, PR reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

What you bring

• 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js
• Production experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven messaging systems
• Solid grasp of Docker and containerized deployments; exposure to Kubernetes in production is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform
• A strong sense of clean code, design patterns, and software architecture
• Fintech, financial services, capital markets, or product startup experience preferred
• Interest or exposure to crypto and digital assets is a strong advantage
