Description

You will own the technical direction and delivery for the full stack, acting as the subject matter expert for your team and cross-functional groups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive team performance through mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance for junior members.
• Make key technical decisions and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team challenges.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align on architecture and implementation strategies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with modern Java frameworks, specifically Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems, including MySQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
