Description

You will build and deploy full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend tools, focusing on AI-powered features and internal tooling.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI capabilities including content summarization, classification, and intelligent routing using LLMs.
• Architect retrieval-based AI systems with data ingestion, embedding pipelines, vector databases, and contextual response generation.
• Design and implement agent-driven workflows that invoke tools autonomously with safe, scalable frameworks.
• Build internal tools and automation pipelines to improve operational transparency and accuracy for business teams.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like CRM and ERP, ensuring reliable performance in complex environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with modern web stacks.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications leveraging large language models.
• Expertise in building end-to-end retrieval-based AI systems.
• Experience designing agent workflows or systems integrating external tools.
• Proven ability to design APIs, system architecture, and scalable backend development.
• Experience with asynchronous systems or pipeline-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with React or Next.js for frontend development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or call center systems.
• Familiarity with evaluating LLM performance through prompt design and testing frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.
