You will build and scale products from MVP to full launch using a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions focused on customer acquisition and retention.
• Build new products and features from conception through incremental iterations.
• Lead projects and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Implement best practices in software development, security, and technology infrastructure.
• Use data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience on a large scale.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Node.js.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with Vercel and headless CMS.
• Hands-on experience working within an AWS environment using multiple services.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias towards action.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working on a Growth Engineering team.
