Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:
Collaborate closely with our founders, tech leads, and customers to define and execute product strategy.
Design and develop scalable APIs, data schemas and data pipelines.
Build responsive, user-friendly applications using React.js for seamless user experience.
Own major features end-to-end (frontend + backend).
Optimize performance across APIs, rendering, database queries and system design.
Write clean, well-documented, testable code (unit + integration tests).
Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and deployment workflows.
Explore and integrate AI-powered solutions (LLMs, NLP for document processing, AI assistants for finance workflows).

What you’ll bring (Must-Haves)
1-4 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
Solid hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Strong understanding of relational databases and schema design.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong eagerness to learn new technologies.

Good to have
Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment.
Experience working in high-context, fast-paced teams.
Exposure to AI / SaaS product building (even via internships).
Passion for building best-in-class B2B AI SaaS products.
Exposure to fintech product development and familiarity with accounting statements / financial methods.
Experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP, recommendation systems, fraud detection).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Important Candidate Criteria
We’re looking for candidates who:
Graduated from a Tier-1 college/university (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, etc.).
Have worked in a product-based company (not pure services/outsourcing).
Have a CGPA of 8.0 or higher
