Description

You will build cloud-based logistics and IoT systems for autonomous vehicles, focusing on real-time communication between vehicles and cloud infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop bi-directional communication systems using MQTT protocols for high-frequency IoT data transmission.
• Build and maintain domain-specific Python APIs running on AWS to handle mission-critical logistics and vehicle data.
• Manage data streaming and real-time storage using AWS Kinesis and DynamoDB/NoSQL.
• Execute unit and simulation testing to ensure the safety and reliability of vehicle systems.
• Contribute to front-end development using React or Vue for real-time data visualization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for API development.
• Experience with React or Vue for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Kinesis, DynamoDB, NoSQL, and AWS Lambda.
• Knowledge of MQTT protocols for IoT integration.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with high-volume data ingestion and processing.
• Ability to manage the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with logistics systems such as EDI.
• Experience with cloud-based data streaming.
