Description

Own the full stack development lifecycle, driving product feature implementation and system design decisions from ambiguous requirements to production-ready solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems using Python and React.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable architecture and code.
• Improve system reliability through rigorous testing, observability, and performance optimization.
• Leverage AI tools to prototype, build, and debug efficiently while participating in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying production applications.
• Proficiency in backend development using Python (FastAPI), async programming, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Strong foundation in system design and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Redis Streams, Pub/Sub).
• Knowledge of state management and validation tools (e.g., TanStack Query, Pydantic) or CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
