Description

Build and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular while mentoring junior developers and defining engineering standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clean, unit-tested, and maintainable code for full-stack features.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Apply software architecture and design patterns, including object-oriented, functional, and REST principles.
• Develop robust backend services using Java and the Spring framework.
• Optimize database interactions using SQL and Hibernate ORM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Solid experience with Angular and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design.
• Proficiency with Hibernate or similar Object Relational Mapping tools.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of CSS for frontend styling.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated success in mentoring technical staff.
• Experience defining and enforcing coding standards.
