Description

You will lead technical direction for a distributed development team, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. You are responsible for providing in-depth analysis of complex business processes to resolve high-impact problems and defining standards for coding, testing, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for developers across multiple geographies.
• Forecast technical advances in user interface development and implement solutions.
• Analyze system flows to ensure application design adheres to architectural standards.
• Coach mid-level developers and allocate work assignments to meet project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in applications development or systems analysis.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and WPF for user interface development.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, Kafka, and Git.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and QA testing practices.
• Proven ability to manage and implement successful software projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Java, and full-stack development.
• Knowledge of Prime Services domains.
