Description

You will take full ownership of an existing full stack application hosted on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with current resources to understand architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Enhance and maintain backend services using Node.js, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Build and optimize frontend components using React.js for user experience.
• Manage and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) for high performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Expertise in React.js for modern frontend development.
• Solid hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization).
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
