Description

Lead and mentor a small team while building scalable solutions across the full stack. You will own the codebase, manage DevSecOps practices, and collaborate closely with product and leadership to deliver resilient systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 2-5 developers to accelerate growth and ensure continuous value delivery.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and CTO to design and build coherent, operational systems.
• Contribute directly to front-end, back-end, and CI/CD layers of the codebase.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including security integration, alerting, and monitoring.
• Provide expert debugging assistance to other engineering teams and maintain code quality through peer reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and/or Python.
• Experience building and maintaining Microservices architectures.
• Strong front-end skills using HTML/CSS and TypeScript.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Practical application of Clean Code and Test Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Ability to manage and mentor a small team of engineers.
