Description

You will design and maintain data integration pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, with a focus on migrating workloads to modern cloud-native tools. You will own the automation of these processes using Python, Groovy, or Java, and manage infrastructure as code via Terraform or OpenTofu.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ETL architectures using Informatica PowerCenter and relational database concepts.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Groovy, or Java to streamline data workflows.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on Azure or AWS using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and EKS for continuous delivery.
• Migrate existing Informatica workloads to open-source (Apache Airflow, NiFi, Spark) or cloud-native platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL architecture and data integration.
• Deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and migration patterns.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Groovy, or Java for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or OpenTofu).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and EKS.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and managed services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating from Informatica to open-source tools like Apache Airflow or NiFi.
• Knowledge of cloud-native integration platforms such as Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
