Description

You will build production-grade AI agents and infrastructure to automate the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that eliminate manual handoffs across the SDLC and create custom integrations.
• Architect and maintain infrastructure for agent deployment, lifecycle management, and scalability.
• Design metrics, monitoring, and logging systems to measure agent reliability and developer productivity.
• Implement governed communication protocols and access controls for agent-to-agent interactions.
• Partner with teams to drive adoption of AI-powered tooling and validate use cases through rapid prototyping.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Angular and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, CI/CD platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of system design, internal tooling, and SDLC best practices.
