Description

You will focus on server-side development and the modernization of enterprise-scale, business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-volume transactional systems and domain-logic intensive RESTful APIs.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers through formal architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Execute re-platforming initiatives by debugging legacy systems and documenting current states for modernization.
• Deploy 12-factor, containerized APIs using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with producer and consumer teams to implement end-to-end technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience on enterprise-wide applications.
• Strong expertise in .NET coding practices for mid-tier business logic and calculations.
• Extensive experience with design patterns and principles, including OO, DDD, SOA, and Microservices.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Sybase.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-neutral development in AWS and Azure.
• Ability to work with source control systems like GIT.
• Experience with test automation for unit, functional, and non-functional testing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technology discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with GraphQL and Mainframe applications.
• Background in the financial services industry and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
