Description

You will own the full software development life cycle for self-served portal and dashboard systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture, design, and development for platform systems.
• Manage the technical backlog and ensure platform scalability, reliability, and serviceability.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD pipeline improvements to support deployment.
• Gather client requirements and conduct feasibility studies and demonstrations.
• Direct cross-functional teams through mentoring, coaching, and implementing short-term action plans.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of related technical experience.
• Expertise in both front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks.
• Proven experience in self-served portal or dashboard systems design.
• Strong background in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to act independently to determine methods for new or special assignments.
• Experience leading professional teams and supervising technical outcomes.
• Proficiency in visual design and utility.
