Description

Build and maintain core financial messaging and money movement applications connecting internal systems with external custodians.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance core applications using Java, Spring MVC/Core, and Oracle.
• Support trade processing, settlements, corporate actions, income collection, and reconciliations.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical solutions and estimates for new initiatives.
• Maintain critical applications and ensure compliance with industry security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Java and Spring frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with money movement systems in mutual fund or banking environments.
• Working knowledge of IBM MQ and Linux.
• Experience using DevOps tools including Jenkins, uDeploy, and Git.
• Familiarity with Test/Behavior Driven Development (TDD/BDD).
• Understanding of agile software development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
