You build secure, scalable AI infrastructure that lets enterprises use intelligent agents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI-based applications and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Build large-scale distributed systems processing real-time data, enforcing policies, or governing access.
• Implement AI agents, orchestrating tools and APIs using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Design and build APIs and distributed data pipelines using Go, Python, or Java.
• Ensure AI workloads adhere to governance, risk, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with modern AI/LLM infrastructure, including model gateways or fine-tuning.
• Practical expertise in building AI agents and understanding agentic systems.
• Proficiency with cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes and microservices.
• Experience with front-end development using React.
• Familiarity with enterprise identity and security systems (e.g., OAuth, Entra).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and distributed systems capable of real-time data processing.
