Description

You will lead technical standards and engineering execution for large-scale application development within the Capital Markets industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology standards and ensure global adherence to development practices.
• Execute the IT strategy and roadmap for your assigned technology area.
• Build, deploy, and test application components during the implementation phase.
• Conduct code reviews and test case reviews to ensure requirements are met.
• Train and coach team members while managing performance and work quality.
• Negotiate with senior leaders and communicate effectively with external parties.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in application development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in full stack development.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale, highly scalable applications.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Java, and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Deep understanding of API Development and Test Driven Development.
• Experience working in Financial Services or large, complex global environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
