Description

You will lead development teams to design, build, and integrate generative AI capabilities into scalable applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers in a fullstack environment.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python, Angular, and Java.
• Integrate Agentic AI frameworks or GenAI models and APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Google Vertex AI.
• Design and deploy scalable microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, and QA teams within an Agile workflow.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Proficiency in Python, Angular (v10+), and Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI frameworks or Generative AI tools and libraries.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Git.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and leadership skills.
