Description

Build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications using Java and Angular.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable applications using open-source frameworks.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data management.
• Package services using Docker and deploy them to AWS or Kubernetes environments.
• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices.
• Perform static analysis and remediation using tools like Fortify or SonarQube.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Hands-on experience with JPA, Hibernate, and JSON.
• Development experience with Angular and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and JUnit.
• Knowledge of JMS enterprise messaging like ActiveMQ or AMQ.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Gradle.
• Experience with TDD and BDD using Mockito and Cucumber.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry.
