Description

You will architect and develop enterprise-level J2EE web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build enterprise J2EE web applications.
• Integrate diverse backend systems using Java.
• Define integration details and implement solutions with clients, architects, and frontend developers.
• Manage development processes across onshore and offshore teams.
• Provide sizing, scalability recommendations, and resolve connectivity and deployment issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects.
• Expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Java EE, Maven, and application servers (Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic).
• Experience implementing REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Strong command of relational databases including Oracle, MySQL, and DB2, utilizing SQL, JDBC, and ORM tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and application server deployment.
• Knowledge of design patterns and Spring Security/SSO solutions.
• Experience applying Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise integration.
