Description

Maintain and enhance existing SPDV, EDRS, and Vital Records applications in Albany, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the SPDV application and Vital Records systems.
• Convert EDRS/SFRDS project client positions to maintenance client positions.
• Implement minor enhancements resulting from Lean reviews.
• Execute technology migrations including Oracle 12c, Java 8, Weblogic 12, and Sybase to Oracle transitions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using Java.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL, including developing procedures and packages.
• 3+ years of experience using the Spring framework.
• 2+ years of experience using the Struts framework.
• 2+ years of experience using JavaScript frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience building responsive web applications.
• 1+ years of experience developing Java Web Services (REST and SOAP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Weblogic 12 and Sybase migrations.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
