Description

You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java REST-based web services and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform database fixes to resolve customer concerns.
• Create technical documentation, including internal code comments and external design specifications.
• Collaborate with solution designers and SMEs to translate requirements into technical implementations.
• Drive full lifecycle activities including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of deep background in Java programming and Spring Framework implementation.
• Experience with RDBMS including Oracle, Cassandra, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong PL/SQL development knowledge.
• Experience with JUnit for testing.
• Proficiency in multi-threaded development and modern approaches to concurrency.
• 2+ years working in an Agile scrum delivery model.
• Experience with continuous delivery frameworks.
• At least one full lifecycle engagement using Spring Boot.

Preferred Skills

• GIS awareness.
• Shell scripting.
