Description

You will build customer-facing applications from initial design through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts by mentoring junior engineers and new team members.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of project systems.
• Resolve defects and bugs during QA, pre-production, production, and post-release phases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, QA/QE, and business units to drive results.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing web applications using Java.
• 6+ years of IT experience in Full Stack Java/J2EE.
• Proficiency with Java 8 and Microservices.
• Experience building UIs with Angular or React.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Postgres, or Couchbase databases.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software design and architecture processes.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
