Description

You will design, develop, and maintain n-tier applications using J2EE architecture and object-oriented design methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement n-tier architectures across UI, Business Logic, and Data Access layers.
• Execute the full application development lifecycle within a SCRUM framework, from requirement analysis to quality assurance.
• Implement data modeling techniques, SOA, and SOAP-based services.
• Manage cross-browser compatibility, progressive enhancement, and accessibility optimization.
• Prioritize workloads to meet technical objectives and project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant development or consulting experience.
• Proficiency in J2EE architecture, design patterns, and Object Oriented Design.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle’s Application Development Framework (ADF).
• Experience with Drupal, SOAP, and EJB/RMI.
• Strong understanding of SOA and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
• Competency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic Application Server, or Oracle Universal Directory.
• Background in Federal Consulting or familiarity with FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMP.
